Do I need a computer or special equipment?
No special equipment needed. TindaFlow works in any web browser — on your phone, tablet, or computer. If you can open Facebook, you can use TindaFlow.
Do I need internet all the time?
Yes, TindaFlow requires an internet connection to process sales and sync your data. It doesn't work fully offline — this is something we're working on for a future update. A stable data connection (even mobile data) is enough for daily use.
How does payment work? Do you auto-charge?
No automatic charges. Payment is arranged directly with us — you send the monthly fee via GCash and share the reference number. Your first month is completely free, so you have 30 days to try it before paying anything.
Why does my account need to be approved?
TindaFlow is currently in early access. We manually approve accounts to make sure the system is a good fit for your business and to give each new user proper onboarding support. Most accounts are approved within 24 hours on weekdays.
Can my cashier use it without seeing my reports?
Yes. Cashier accounts can only use the register — they can't see your reports, change product prices, or access store settings. You stay in full control as the admin.
What if I want to stop using TindaFlow?
Just stop paying. No contract, no cancellation fee. Your data will remain available for a grace period, and you can export it (Standard and Premium) before leaving.
Who built this? Is this a big company?
TindaFlow is built and maintained by one developer — Shin (Jeffmathew Garcia), based in the Philippines. It's a small, focused product. That means you deal directly with the person who built it when you have questions or issues. No support tickets, no call centers.
